The setting provides an Early Years environment where children can learn, develop and build confidence through positive experiences.The nursery is looking to appoint a Deputy Nursery Manager on a permanent, full-time basis, working 4 days per week. The successful Deputy Nursery Manager will support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting, helping to maintain high standards of care and ensuring the needs of the children are consistently met.The successful Deputy Nursery Manager will have:• A Level 3 childcare qualification• Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS• Strong organisational and communication skills• The confidence to support and work effectively with the nursery team• A caring, positive and professional approachIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A permanent, full-time position working 4 days per week• The opportunity to ..... full job details .....
