This is a room-based role working closely alongside the Nursery Manager to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and early education.This position is ideal for an experienced Deputy Manager or a strong Room Leader ready to take the next step in their career.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Nursery Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the nursery.Work in a room-based capacity, ensuring high-quality practice and positive outcomes for children.Lead and support staff to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider team.Uphold all safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.Contribute to planning, observations, and curriculum delivery.RequirementsA relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).Prior experience working within a nursery ..... full job details .....
