Supporting the Nursery Manager in all aspects of daily running to ensure the provision is of the highest qualityLeading safeguarding for the setting, putting the welfare and safety of the children above all elseLiaising with Parents and Carers to ensure a high level of involvement and satisfactionDeputy Nursery Manager profile

Level 3 Childcare / CACHE / Early Years QualificationStrong leadership skills with previous supervisory experience within a Nursery setting (e.g. Room Leader, Third in charge, Deputy Nursery Manager)Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFSKnowledge of safeguardingAs Deputy Nursery Manager you will join the leadership team and support with the day to day management of the site. Within this you will lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring the highest standard and quality of care. You will be conversant with all educational standards and OFSTED requirements, and able to step in to support wherever needed within the setting.This is a full time, permanent role paying a starting salary of up to £35,000 per annum working for a supportive and established employer.
