Deputy Nursery Manager – North London

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting a Deputy Nursery Manager for a busy, high-quality nursery in North London. This role supports the Nursery Manager in leading a team and ensuring the smooth running of the setting.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the nursery• Support and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of childcare and education• Implement the EYFS framework and maintain required documentation• Oversee safeguarding and health and safety protocols• Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies• Step up in the absence of the Nursery Manager

Experience Required:• 2 years in a Room Leader or Deputy Manager role• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)• Sound understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements• Strong communication and team leadership abilities• Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding training (desirable)
