This is an exciting opportunity for a strong early years practitioner who can support the Nursery Manager, motivate the team, maintain high standards of care and education, and help ensure every child is supported to thrive in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, support staff across the setting, contribute to children''s learning and development, build strong relationships with families, and help ensure full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the Nursery Manager in leading, managing and motivating the nursery team to deliver high-quality early years care and education.Assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of the 60-place setting, ensuring high standards across all rooms.Help ensure full compliance with the EYFS statutory framework, safeguarding procedures, health and safety requirements and Ofsted standards.Act as a positive role model, promoting a professional, supportive and child-centred team culture.Support staff rotas, ratios, room organisation, supervisions and ongoing training needs.Monitor the quality of teaching, learning ..... full job details .....
