Working-closely-with-the-Nursery-Manager,-you''ll-help-lead-and-motivate-the-team,-ensuring-the-highest-standards-of-care,-education,-safeguarding,-and-compliance-are-consistently-achieved.-You''ll-act-as-a-role-model,-providing-guidance-and-support-to-colleagues-while-helping-to-foster-a-positive,-inclusive,-and-inspiring-culture-for-both-children-and-staff.

What-we''re-looking-for:

• Previous-experience-in-a-senior-nursery-role,-such-as-Deputy-Nursery-Manager,-Third-in-Charge,-Room-Leader,-or-similar.
• A-recognised-Level-3-qualification-in-Early-Years
• Strong-leadership-and-people-management-skills-with-the-ability-to-motivate-and-inspire-others.
• Excellent-knowledge-of-the-EYFS,-safeguarding,-and-regulatory-requirements.
• A-passion-for-delivering-exceptional-childcare-and-creating-positive-outcomes-for-every-child.
• A-proactive,-organised-approach-with-the-confidence-to-support-the-commercial-and-operational-success-of-the-nursery.
