Salary: up to  £30,368 (DOE)

We are recruiting a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join a well-established early years setting in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality care and education while leading and developing a strong team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day nursery operations
• Ensure high standards in line with EYFS
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Support quality improvement and compliance

About You

• Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
• Previous senior or supervisory nursery experience
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Confident leader with a passion for early years
