Responsibilities
Lead a team delivering exceptional, person-centred care, mentoring colleagues and ensuring residents receive the highest standards of support.
Champion safeguarding and inclusivity, maintaining a safe, respectful, and diverse environment for residents and staff.
Take on responsibility and professional growth by overseeing clinical care, supervising the team in the Manager’s absence, and developing leadership skills.
Deliver exceptional clinical care, provide specialist nursing advice, supervise and coach colleagues, and lead the home in the Manager’s absence.
Recognise, report, and escalate safeguarding concerns to maintain the highest standards of resident safety and wellbeing.
Foster an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered.
Qualifications
Valid NMC Pin.
Strong knowledge of National Standards and the NMC Code of Practice.
Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home.
Positive energy, kindness, and the ability to build relationships; capable of mentoring colleagues and managing time effectively.
Ability to maintain meaningful records.
