A permanent contract, working full-time hours on day shifts2 days supernumerary hours includedA fantastic salary of £52,000 per annumOngoing training and development opportunitiesAnnual NMC Pin renewal paid and full PVG disclosureBe part of the on-call rota systemResponsibilities

Work alongside the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the homeCoordinate and manage the care and nursing staffLead the delivery of person-centred care for residents with dementia and nursing needsComplete clinical assessments, update care plans, and produce detailed risk assessmentsAdminister and order medicationSupervise, appraise, and develop staff, ensuring effective performance managementSupport with clinical audits and ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standardsQualifications and experience

NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLDPrevious experience in a deputy manager or senior clinical leadership roleConfident in leading, developing, and motivating a team of Nurses and Care AssistantsGood knowledge of Care Inspectorate standardsExcellent communication skills with a sensitive and empathetic approachHow to apply
