Clinical Deputy Manager – Nursing Home

Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time | Alternate weekend working

Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next step? We’re seeking a passionate and driven Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursing home in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the Home Manager, leading a dedicated care and nursing team, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care.

About You
Ideally a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with an active NMC PIN – but strong non-clinical managers will also be considered
Proven management experience in a care or nursing home
Solid understanding of CQC standards and regulations
Confident leader, motivator, and mentor
