As a Deputy Catering Manager you will have a really varied role and you will adapt to meet seasonal requirements and changing daily demands: Checking in with hospitality team leaders and restaurant supervisorsCommunicating with kitchen teamStock management and delivery co-ordinationAdministration duties including ensuring efficiency and complianceProblem solving from cleaning and minor repairs to customer service Mentoring and motivating the catering team As the successful Deputy Catering Manager you will have leadership skills and enjoy coaching and mentoring your catering team. You will have an eye for detail, excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the hospitality or tourism industry.
