We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager / Team Leader to join an Ofsted-registered children''s residential home in Ilford, North London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare professional looking to progress their career towards a Registered Manager position. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance while providing effective leadership to the residential care team. About the Role As Deputy Manager / Team Leader, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day management of the children''s home. You will help lead and develop the staff team while ensuring children and young people receive consistent, safe and high-quality care. The role involves supporting staff, maintaining safeguarding standards, contributing to care planning and risk management, and ensuring the home operates in line with Ofsted requirements and company policies.
