Deputy Manager - Children''s Residential Services Job Title: Deputy Manager Location: East London Salary: 39,000 - 47,700 Hours: 40 hours per week About The Role: We are looking for experienced and highly capable Deputy Managers to support the leadership and day to day operations of a Children''s Residential Home in East London. This is a key role working alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home operates safely, effectively and in line with regulatory and organisational standards. You will play a critical part in supporting staff, safeguarding young people and ensuring high quality, trauma informed care is consistently delivered. The role requires a hands on approach, with the ability to step into leadership when required and drive performance, culture, and outcomes within the home. Key Responsibilities: As a Deputy Manager, you will: Work alongside the Registered Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the home Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager and take responsibility for the running of the service Support and supervise staff to ensure they meet the needs of young people and maintain high standards of care Promote and safeguard the welfare of all young people in line with safeguarding procedures and regulations Undertake direct work with young people, building positive relationships and supporting their development Lead on managing child protection concerns, incidents, and complaints in line with policy and legislation Support the ..... full job details .....
