Working alongside the Registered Manager, you''ll play a key role in leading the team, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring the home continues to provide outstanding support for the children and young people. The Role Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home. Lead, motivate and develop the care team. Ensure the home remains compliant with Ofsted regulations and company policies. Promote positive outcomes and safeguard the welfare of all young people.
