We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Skills and Employment Deputy Manager to lead and coordinate a structured programme of learning, training, and employment activities across our Islington services. Alongside this, you will support the day-to-day management of a semi-independent service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for clients. You will work closely with clients, staff, volunteers, and external partners to create meaningful opportunities that promote recovery, independence, and positive move-on outcomes. The working days for this role are mostly: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm. However, some flexibility will be required on occasion to meet the needs of the service.
