At Shaftesbury John Grooms Court, we''re looking for an ambitious and compassionate Deputy Manager to help lead our service and make a lasting difference to the lives of people with physical and intellectual disabilities. We''re seeking a candidate who holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, ( or willing to work towards this) with the leadership skills, experience and passion to deliver exceptional person-centred support. Please note: This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as it does not meet the Home Office salary requirements.
