We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team and help ensure exceptional care and a warm, nurturing environment for the young people in our children''s home.The RoleAs Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the effective day-to-day running of the home and ensure young people receive consistently high-quality care.Your key responsibilities will include: Working alongside the Home Manager in all aspects of running the home, including compliance, safeguarding, quality assurance and financial planning. Leading and inspiring the team through effective supervision, appraisals, professional development and training. Managing the home effectively in the absence of the Registered Manager. Ensuring the home provides a safe, welcoming and homely environment. Maintaining high standards of care and promoting positive outcomes for young people.
