Bright Selection is delighted to be supporting a specialist, values-led care provider in the appointment of an experienced Deputy Manager for a highly regarded nursing service in Hampshire. This is a key leadership role within a complex care environment supporting adults living with dementia and mental health needs. Working closely with the Registered Manager, the Deputy Manager will support the day-to-day clinical and operational leadership of the home, ensuring consistently high standards of safety, compliance, and person-centred care. The position offers a predominantly supernumerary leadership presence with some clinical visibility on shift, providing the opportunity to influence culture, develop teams, and drive continuous quality improvement.
