This is an excellent opportunity for a confident care professional who is looking for their next step and wants to play a key role in the continued development of a well-established service. The home has been operating successfully for many of years providing residential care and support to individuals within the local community. The service works closely with Local Authorities and hospitals, supporting people with a range of care and support needs. The home is led by an experienced Registered Manager, having progressed through the organisation and worked her way up into the Registered Manager position. You will therefore be joining a stable and experienced leadership team with a strong understanding of the service and its residents. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
