Role Overview: As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities: Support the Home Manager in the operational management of the home. Provide strong clinical and professional leadership to nursing and care teams. Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect and person-centred care. Oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical governance processes. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and company policies. Lead and support audits, quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
