This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, resilient and proactive leader who wants to make a genuine difference supporting people as they transition from custody into the community. Working alongside the IAP Manager, you will play a key role in the management, supervision and resettlement of Approved Premises residents, helping them comply with their licence conditions, manage risk and make positive changes. The role also has a strong public protection focus, ensuring residents are appropriately supported and supervised while providing leadership and support to staff, including out-of-hours support.
