Deputy Manager

Randstad are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deptuy Manager to join our team in providing high-quality, trauma-informed care for young people. In this role, you will support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service, ensuring we meet and exceed all regulatory standards and legislative requirements.You can expect a fantastic salary of £40,019 per annum. Responsibilities:Care and Operational Practice:Ensure young people receive individual support, maintain family contact, and are prepared for adulthood. Create a homely, safe, and well-maintained environment that respects privacy and encourages positive social behavior. Oversee planned admissions and discharges, ensuring stability within the home. Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, therapeutic strategies (including the PACE Model), and risk assessments. Staff Leadership and Human Resources:Provide leadership, guidance, and management to the staff team. Be responsible for the recruitment, induction, supervision, and appraisal of staff. Ensure all staff receive monthly supervision and are supported in their professional development. Manage staffing levels, rotas, and emergency cover. Administration and Finance:Maintain accurate records, logbooks, and high-quality review reports. Provide necessary information and notifications to the Care Inspectorate.
