Care Home Deputy Manager, Vacancy reference: PK61349 A dedicated individual is required to help run a friendly and comfortable Residential Care Home within the Drayton area as their new Deputy Home Manager. The home is a small, 28 bedded service which caters for elderly and dementia clients and they are a part of an independent, family-run care company. This is a full-time, permanent position paying a starting salary of £(phone number removed) per annum working core hours Monday to Friday, with on call duties shared with the Registered Manager. This is a supernumerary Deputy Manager role with the flexibility to cover on the floor if and when necessary. You will work in support of the Registered Manager to ensure that the care provided is to the highest possible standards and that all duties are being reliably carried out. Previous Care Home Deputy Manager experience is preferred however this could be the ideal role for an experienced Care Team Leader / Head of Care looking to take a step up. The successful candidate will have previous managerial experience in an elderly care home environment with good leadership skills and a strong personality. As Deputy Manager you will work as the link between the Senior Carers and Home Manager, ensuring that the care home s high standards are maintained.
