We cater to adults aged 16-64 with a range of complex needs, including learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, autism, and mental health needs.The Deputy Manager will hold an active role in providing strong management and leadership of the staff teams within our residential services. We support people to achieve the best quality of life possible. Deputy Managers will hold an active responsibility in supporting people within their care to feel safe, to feel well cared for and be at the centre of decision making about their lives wherever possible.
