This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established care company working in the field mental health, learning disabilities and autism.Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.Main duties and responsibilitiesSupport the Manager in delivering a professional, flexible, and high-quality serviceSupervise and lead a team of Support Workers to ensure service users live fulfilling and independent livesAct as a positive role model, inspiring staff to deliver compassionate and person-centred careConduct regular supervisions and provide feedback to staffEngage actively with service users and staff, continuously seeking improvements in care and supportContribute to the planning and implementation of individual support plansMaintain effective communication with service users, families, and professionals while respecting confidentialityWork as part of a dedicated team to provide safe, high-quality carePersonal CharacteristicsDiploma in Health and Social Care NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or be willing to work towards one.Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.The ability to keep calm under pressure.The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.Excellent ..... full job details .....
