Deputy Manager - Supported AccommodationHours: 24 - 32 hours per week ( 3 - 4 days a week)Salary: £160 - £185 a day (DOE)Location: Derby, DerbyshireAre you an experienced 16+ Supported Accommodation professional ready to take the next step in your career?We are looking for a passionate and committed part time Deputy Manager to join our organisation and support the delivery of outstanding care.The role is based in Derby, however the client has a service in Stoke and therefore the successful candidate must be prepared to work across both sites to suit business needs.About the RoleAs a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the day-to-day running of the home. You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the best possible care for young people.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting and supervising staff teamsEnsuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality StandardsPromoting a safe, structured, and child-focused environmentContributing to care planning and development of young peopleDeputising in the absence of the Registered ManagerWhat We''re Looking ForMinimum of 2 years'' experience in supported accommodation At least 1 year of experience supervising staffStrong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguardingLevel 3 in Residential Childcare (required)Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards)Full UK driving licence ..... full job details .....
