About the Role:
• Support the Registered Manager in leading a 2-bed therapeutic EBD home
• Take an active role in developing staff, improving practice and ensuring high-quality care
• Play a key role in safeguarding, compliance and leadership across the home
• Occasional shifts required, but this is not a rota-based position
• Contribute to clinical and operational progress through management meetings and training

About You:
• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards
• At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in a children’s home
• Confident leader, emotionally resilient and passionate about therapeutic care
• Able to manage in the RM’s absence and lead a staff team effectively
• Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and children’s home regulations
