We re seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our children s residential home, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for young people. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held roles such as OFSTED Children''s Residential Home Manager or Children and Young Persons Home Manager. What You ll Need: To be considered, candidates must have: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Children and Young People s Services (or equivalent) Proven experience managing a children s residential care home Strong understanding of OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory frameworks Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards Lead, mentor, and support your team with consistency and compassion Build trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and external agencies Champion best practices in safeguarding, care planning, and reporting Drive continuous improvement and maintain a homely, child-centred environment Why Join?
