Job Title: Care Home Deputy Manager (Nursing)Location: Partington, Greater ManchesterSalary: 25.50 per hourWe are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager (Clinical) to join a well-established nursing home in Partington, Greater Manchester. This is a key leadership role supporting the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care in line with CQC standards and best practice.You will provide strong clinical leadership across the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive compassionate, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the serviceProvide clinical leadership to nursing and care teamsTake responsibility for the home in the absence of the Home ManagerEnsure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and clinical governance requirementsOversee care planning, risk assessments, and clinical documentationLead on medication management and auditsConduct clinical audits and quality assurance checksSupport pre-admission assessments and ongoing resident reviewsMentor, supervise, and develop nursing and care staffMaintain strong communication with residents, families, and external healthcare professionalsRequirementsRegistered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC registrationPrevious experience in a Deputy Manager or senior clinical leadership role within a care home settingStrong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance ..... full job details .....
