This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Registered Manager, lead a dedicated team, and help create positive outcomes for children and young people. What You'll Do Support the day-to-day management of the home. Lead and motivate the care team. Ensure outstanding safeguarding and care standards. Support staff through coaching and supervision.
