You will manage people, processes, and systems to meet productivity targets and maintain administration and driver planning systems.Key responsibilities include:Customer Service: Managing the planning and coordination to meet all business needs. You will also communicate service-related issues to customers and provide accurate information for both customers and the operational team to make informed decisions.People Management: Managing and organizing the allocation of workload, recruiting new team members, and leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to achieve business performance goals. This includes performance management, coaching, and ensuring adequate training.Communication: Ensuring effective communication with internal and external customers, suppliers, and operational teams. You will also attend meetings and provide feedback to your teams.About you:The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in a transportation or distribution management role. You should have a mature, professional approach with the confidence to communicate with all levels of people.
