Deputy Manager

Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager (RGN) to join established care service in Cornwall for adults with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will be a Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration, bringing clinical expertise and leadership to ensure the highest standards of nursing care, person-centred support, and regulatory compliance.Location: CornwallPay Rate: 23.31 per hourHours: Full-time - flexible in line with rostered hours including on-callRegistration: RGN - current NMC registration Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the Service Manager in the day-to-day operation of the service, deputising in their absenceLead, supervise, and line-manage a team of nurses and support staff, ensuring consistent, high-quality care deliveryEnsure person-centred plans are assessed, planned, implemented, and regularly reviewed in consultation with residents, families, and health professionalsOversee all nursing support, ensuring clinical records are maintained to a high professional standard in accordance with NMC guidelinesOversee the ordering, safe storage, and administration of medicines in line with regulatory requirementsMonitor team practices to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, CQC standards, policies, and safeguarding proceduresManage and co-ordinate the rota and shift allocation to ensure appropriate nursing cover is always maintainedSupport residents with physical care, personal hygiene, and daily living skills, ..... full job details .....
