This nursery is part of an established group of three across North London and Hertfordshire, dedicated to the harmony of Montessori principles and Forest School outdoor learning.The setting focuses on kindness, nature, and sustainability-evident in their beautiful handmade wooden resources and nutritious, vegetarian menu.The setting:Age Group: Dedicated to children aged 2 to 5 years (facilitating a smooth transition from their nearby "under 2s" sister site).Environment: Designed with a "mini-primary school" feel, accommodating up to 32 children with distinct, purposeful activity areas.Philosophy: A focus on sustainability and deep connection with the natural world.We are looking for a leader who will:Act with Initiative: Think like a founder.
