Deputy Manager

Hoop Nursing are seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join a nursing service in the Newport area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Home Manager, helping to lead a skilled and supportive team while ensuring residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care.

Essential:

• Registered Nurse with an active PIN
• Experienced in a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse role within a nursing home setting.
• Confident and supportive leader with excellent communication skills
• Knowledgeable in CIW regulations and care home compliance
