Hoop Nursing are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join a nursing service in the Cardiff area.

You will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager and wider nurse and care team, ensuring clinical excellence, effective governance, and high-quality person-centred care.-

Essential:

• Registered Nurse with an active PIN
• Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead experience-
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in leading and supporting a team
• Experience with care planning, audits, medication management, and quality assurance
