Deputy Manager Children''s Home Darlaston Walsall West Midlands WS10 We have an immediate vacancy for a Deputy Manager in Darlaston Walsall This is a permanent role for someone who has experience managing and supervising to join our 4 bed home in Darlaston Area Walsall You will be Supporting 8-18s with SEMH and complex needs , helping to overcome their daily challenges to empower them to live a life they love. There will be excellent progression opportunities if required. Deputy Manager Salary and Benefits Salary £50,000 to £55,000 per annum depending on experience qualifications and availabiity. • Additional overtime and sleep-in enhancements on offer. • Ongoing training and development including the opportunity to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. • Generous holiday entitlement. • Genuine opportunity for progression into a Children''s Home Registered Manager position. Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities: Assist and support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the residential care of the Ofsted registered home, to provide a high quality service which meets the individual needs of the children and young people and to help create and maintain a non-institutionalised, child centred safe community home for extremely vulnerable children with EBD complex needs and behaviour difficulties.Take on on-call duties outside of working hours in support of the home dealing with situations in line with children''s homes regulations ..... full job details .....
