Deputy Manager

OverviewSalary:

£36,000 - £40,000 per annum plus contributory pension, bonus, staff discount, and two full weekends off per month.

A global luxury retailer, specialising in beauty and luxury accessories, is looking for a deputy manager to run one of its multi-million turnover flagship stores. Core to its success, the company puts people at the heart of everything it does, aiming to provide the highest levels of customer service and to train, motivate, and develop employees internally.

Responsibilities

Manage a large team to drive sales by delivering the highest standards of service.

Ensure an elevated level of service that stands out from the high street.

Assume responsibility for the commercial performance of a luxury product category.

Lead training, performance, and development of your team.

Demonstrate outgoing, highly motivated people management to be successful in the role.

Qualifications / Experience

From a retail environment with a strong focus on delivering the highest customer service experience.

Experience as a leader with a passion for team development.

Alignment with the company’s values and a track record of contributing to a positive, engaging store culture.

Ability to contribute to a high-performing management team and a great place to work.

Benefits / Compensation

Salary up to £36,000 with a performance-related annual bonus of up to £4,000.

Contributory pension, staff discount.

Two full weekends off per month; seven days in every fortnight for improved work/life balance.
