On a Permanent contract, this is a amazing opportunity to dive into a Deputy Manager role in a stunning, supportive Care Home. This Care Home has over 90+ beds, offering a home from home experience for residents. This is a Residential setting only, for Elderly residents with all care offered. Position will be as followed: Deputy Manager NVQ 3 Minimum but 4/5 preferred 40 hours + ALT Weekends tbd Your Duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist of providing leadership, maintaining top level, overall care of residents, day to day running of the home, risk assessments, medication management and much more.
