Deputy Manager

Domus are working with a growing provider of Adult Learning Disability services, looking for an ambitious Deputy Manager to support the mobilisation and opening of a brand-new Supported Living service. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing a new 5-bed Supported Living service for Adults with Learning Disabilities, taking the service from an empty building through to full operation. You will work closely alongside an experienced Registered Manager, who will provide support and guidance throughout the mobilisation process whilst allowing you to take ownership of the day-to-day development of the service. This provider is passionate about developing future leaders and offers a genuine career pathway into Registered Management. You will be supported to complete your Level 5 Diploma, with a written commitment within your contract to progress into the Registered Manager position once the service is established.
