Deputy Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager at a 12-bed residential service in Bridlington.The service supports adults with Prader Willi Syndrome, dual diagnosis and complex needs, providing a safe, structured and person-centred environment. The people supported are encouraged to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals, with a range of activities taking place both within the service and in the local community.We are looking for an experienced care professional with a background in adult social care who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. This is a hands-on leadership role, working actively alongside the team on the rota while also having dedicated time for office-based responsibilities.Working closely with the Registered Manager, families, professionals and other stakeholders, you will help ensure the people supported receive high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes.Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:Support the Registered Manager in the effective day-to-day running of the service.Support the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.Maintain high standards across the service.Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, helping to create a positive and high-performing team culture.Assist with the effective management of rotas, resources and operational processes.Work actively across the service rota alongside the wider team.Support the ..... full job details .....
