The service supports adults with Prader Willi Syndrome, dual diagnosis and complex needs, providing a safe, structured and person-centred environment. The people supported are encouraged to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals, with a range of activities taking place both within the service and in the local community. We are looking for an experienced care professional with a background in adult social care who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. This is a hands-on leadership role, working actively alongside the team on the rota while also having dedicated time for office-based responsibilities.
