  • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality residential service for disabled children, in line with the National Care Standards Commission minimum standards for Children''s Homes.
  • Support and lead the established residential team to provide high-quality care.
  • Ensure children''s voices, opinions, and feelings are heard, and advocate for the children in our care.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary service alongside social workers, Occupational Therapists, education provisions, parents, and carers.

Requirements:

  • Social work or healthcare qualification (essential).
  • A passion for supporting children with complex needs.
  • Strong leadership skills to support an established residential team.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and minimum standards for Children''s Homes.
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary service and build positive relationships with vulnerable young people and children.

If this role aligns with your experience, please send an updated copy of your CV to Sean Cloherty at Elevate Projects so we can discuss further.
