Deputy Manager

Brief Description
We are looking for an experienced Early Years Professional-to join a vibrant and friendly team in a well-established and respected-nursery in the Battersea area-to help oversee the day to day running of the setting as a Deputy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• The Deputy Manager will be responsible in helping the Manager with the day to day running of the nursery.
• Running the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
• Assist in overseeing a team of Room Leaders and Practitioners to help ensure their jobs are done to the highest possible standard.
• The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for helping to keep parents informed of any key events or changes regarding the nursery.

For this position you MUST have the following

• A minimum of a level 3 qualification in Childcare.
• Experience of working in a similar senior nursery position.
