About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager in launching and leading a therapeutic, activity-focused home for boys with complex needs.
• Guide and support a team of residential support workers
• Lead by example in delivering consistent, trauma-informed care
• Assist with rota planning, staffing, and day-to-day operations
• Contribute to a positive, proactive safeguarding culture
• Help shape the home’s development and future direction
• Participate in adventurous activities alongside young people

About You:
We’re looking for an experienced care professional who can lead with empathy, energy, and purpose.
• At least 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care
• Level 3 Diploma (Residential Childcare or equivalent)
• Confident with safeguarding, regulation, and best practice
• Full UK driving licence
• Bonus if you have experience supporting young people with EBD and sexually harmful behaviour
