Deputy Manager

e are looking at recruiting a passionate senior carer/team leader/unit manager who is looking for that next step in their career and would like to join us as a Care Manager overseeing two Care Homes.

Here at Bondcare we have a couple of Nursing homes within Yorkshire. We have a dual Registered Home Manager we is looking for someone who has a strong understanding of quality care and who can support her with both services under a supernumerary role.

You will support with administrative tasks such as care plan management, audits, medication management etc. In addition to this you will help with training, mentoring and development of staff.

This role will be fully supernumerary, working over the two sites, Huddersfield and Bradford.

The ideal person will have:

• Years of experience within a care home setting, nursing/residential;
• Experience at a more senior level within the care home;
• Experience in writing care plans and audits;
• Passion for delivery quality care;
• A driving licence.

Package is negotiable for the right person with additional benefits.
