Deputy Manager - Complex Care

Responsibilities of the role: To assist the Manager in ensuring the effective, safe and profitable running of all locations Assist with individual referrals Provide support to all staff within the group on a 24 hour on call basis Ability to work 2 weekends per month Assist with management of staff Requirements: Experience of working with people with complex needs desirable NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 mandatory working toward Level 5 Excellent communication skills Team player Good organisational skills Drivers license Must be on call one weekend per month Our client offers use of company vehicle during shifts, 28 days holiday, social events and career ..... full job details .....
