This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day running of a home while also supporting the Registered Manager with the operational and administrative side of the service. The role will be approximately 50% floor-based and 50% office-based. When working on the floor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, delegating duties, supporting the team and helping to ensure the children receive consistently high standards of care.
