Bright Selection is delighted to be supporting a local care home with the appointment of a Clinical Deputy Manager for one of its more established nursing homes.

This is a rare opportunity to join a successful nursing home with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Working alongside an experienced Home Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in leading the clinical team, maintaining exceptional standards and helping to shape the continued success of the home.

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:
-Provide clinical leadership and support the day-to-day management of the home.
-Lead and mentor the nursing team, promoting best practice and high standards of care.
-Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and robust clinical governance.
-Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain excellent resident outcomes.
-Build positive relationships with residents, families and external healthcare professionals.
-Deputise for the Home Manager when required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
-Current NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
-Experience in a senior clinical role within an elderly care or nursing home setting.
-Strong leadership and people management skills.
-A sound understanding of CQC requirements, governance and quality standards.
-A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.

Salary-
-Salary up to -60,000 DOSE
