The home provides nursing and residential care for older adults and prides itself on delivering person-centred, high-quality care.You will be working alongside a highly experienced and supportive Home Manager, forming a strong leadership team to ensure the service continues to deliver outstanding care and maintain excellent standards.The RoleAs Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the clinical leadership and day-to-day running of the home.
