Deputy Manager Children''s Residential

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Children''s Home. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a passion for helping children ahieve their full potential This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe and theraputic environment while fostering a nurtuting atmosphere for both staff and children. We are looking for a committed and passionate deputy manager who can give high levels of care to our children and allow them to achieve positive outcomes. Duties Assist the Registerd Manager in overseeing daily duties and staff management. Implement and enforce compnay policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and Ofsted regulations. You will ensure the care and welfare of each child and give support and guidance to the wider staff team. Using your life skills, you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child''s life, create positive theraputic relationships with them, meeting their individual needs and always ensure they are safeguarded. You will be responsible for staff supervision, leading shifts, managing staff rotas, chairing staff meetings, and ensuring support plans and risk assessments reamin current and are adhered to. Ensuring that the child''s education is paramount.
